Shree Banarsi Pan

We have been running our shop at Chetak Circle for a good while now. Most people around here know us by the small spot near City 5. It is usually busiest in the evenings after everyone finishes their dinner. People come by for a quick leaf or just to chat for a minute before they head back home. We keep things pretty simple here. The ingredients are what they are, usually bought fresh from the market every morning. Some of our regulars have been coming for years and they do not even have to say what they want anymore. It is just how it goes in a place like this. Sometimes the line gets a bit long when it is hot out, but we try to keep moving fast. We do not have any fancy signs or neon lights. Just the usual stuff you would expect at a pan shop in this part of town. The lime, the betel nut, and the various mixtures are all laid out ready to go. We spend most of the day prepping behind the counter. It is a lot of folding and cutting. Nothing too complicated, really. The traffic at the circle can be loud, but you get used to it after a few days. If you are passing through City 5, you will see us there. We are just a local business trying to do things the right way without making a big fuss about anything.
