Our place is at Makan No. 19, over in Shreejee Vihar Saweena Kheda. That’s in Sector 14 of Udaipur. It’s a pretty decent area to be based in. Being in the building trade here means we see a lot of different sides of the city. Udaipur is famous for the lakes and the tourists, but Sector 14 is more about where people actually live and settle down. We’ve got our office set up here and it stays busy most days. You know how it is with construction and building things, there’s always something that needs fixing or a permit that’s taking too long. We just try to get through the work without making a big deal out of it. It’s a family-run sort of feeling even if we’re a private limited company on paper. The neighbors are nice and we’ve been part of this street for some time. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us handling the builders and the materials. Some days the rain makes things difficult, and other days the heat is just too much to stand. But we keep showing up at the Makan No. 19 address and getting on with it. People around Saweena Kheda know where to find us if they need to talk about a project. It’s a straightforward way of doing business in a city that is always changing. We like it here in Udaipur.
