We are located in Udaipur, specifically at Saifan Chouraha. Our office, Sanwaliya Buildcreation Llp, is inside Sadhana Appartment at Flat No. 201. It is quite close to the Jain Mandir, so we hear the temple sounds throughout the day, which is actually quite nice. Working out of an apartment instead of a big commercial plaza keeps things feeling more personal and low-key. We are a small team and we handle a lot of different construction tasks around the city. Udaipur is a beautiful place, but building here can be tricky with the narrow streets and the old structures. We spend a lot of time walking through sites and talking to the people doing the heavy lifting. The office is often filled with the smell of blueprints and sometimes whatever lunch someone brought from home. We don't really have a corporate ladder or anything like that. We just have people who know what they are doing when it comes to construction. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. We’ve been here at Saifan Chouraha for a while and we know the local shops and where to get the best supplies. Our focus is just on getting the jobs finished without too much fuss. It is a lot of coordination and paperwork, but seeing a building actually take shape makes the long days feel like they are worth the effort.
