We are located over at 1069 Gyan Nagar in the Hiran Magri area. Sector 4 is a decent place to be based out of here in Udaipur. It’s more of a regular neighborhood feel than a big business district, which suits us just fine. Most days start with a cup of tea and a look at what needs to get finished by the end of the week. Building homes is a lot of back and forth between the office and the actual ground where the digging is happening. We have a lot of stuff piled up in the office, like samples of tiles and different types of pipes. It’s not the neatest place, but it shows we’re busy. The guys spend a lot of time talking to the workers and making sure everyone has what they need for the day. Sometimes the weather in Udaipur makes things difficult, like when the monsoon hits and everything turns to mud, but we find ways to keep the work going. We aren’t a huge corporation, just a group of people who understand how to put a building together. We get our supplies from the local markets nearby because it’s easier than trying to bring things in from far away. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping track of small details that most people don’t even think about until the house is finished. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
