We’re set up at 8 Bhan Bagh in the New Fatehpura area of Udaipur. Samvay Properties Llp is the name on the letterhead, but mostly we’re just the people you’ll see if you knock on the door during business hours. Fatehpura is a busy place, and being at Bhan Bagh puts us right in the middle of a lot of local activity. Our office is a simple one, nothing too flashy. We’ve got some old wooden desks and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. Dealing with properties means we spend a lot of time out and about, but this is where we come back to do the hard work of sorting out the details. We aren't a corporate machine; we’re a small group that knows the neighborhood pretty well. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit by the window to see what we're writing, but we don't let it slow us down too much. It’s about getting the work done regardless of the small hurdles. We don't use big fancy words or try to impress anyone with tall tales. We just look at the listings, talk to the people who come in, and try to make sure everyone is on the same page. It’s a straightforward life here, focused on the basics of the property market and making sure our records are kept straight. We aren't perfect, but we stay busy and get things finished.
