It's a bit different running a mineral business out of an apartment building like Divya Jyoti. We are down in G-4. It’s not like a big factory with smoke and noise. It’s more of an office where the real work happens on paper and over the phone. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and making sure things are moving where they need to go. If you walk into the room, you’ll see bags of samples sitting on the shelves and papers stacked up on the desks. It’s a quiet corner of New Bhupalpura, which is nice because it’s away from the main road chaos. We’ve been operating from here for a good while. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of samples coming in at once, but we make it work. Most of the neighbors know us by now. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant. It’s just a few of us making sure the minerals get to the right places. We don't have a big neon sign or anything. Usually, people find us because they were told where we are or they’ve worked with us before. It’s a steady kind of life. We drink a lot of chai and keep the fans running high during the summer months. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation where we try to keep things organized and keep the business moving along without too much fuss.
