If you are walking down University Road near Ayad Pull, you will find us at Anand Plaza. We are in shop G7. It is a busy part of town with all the students and traffic moving through Udaipur. We have been operating S N Dream Homes Private Limited from this small office for some time now. It’s not a very big space, just a few desks and some chairs for when people stop by to chat about their home ideas. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the plaza and different sites around the city. The traffic on University Road can be a real headache in the afternoons, but being central makes it easier for people to drop in. We handle a lot of the paperwork and planning right here in the office. It gets a bit crowded when we have a few people over at once, but we make it work. We are mostly focused on local housing projects and helping folks figure out where they want to live. We don't do big advertisements or anything fancy. Usually, people hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out in the plaza, so we just sit out front until it comes back on. That is just how things go for us here at Anand Plaza near the University.
