If you head out to the Riico Industrial Area in Kaladwas, you’ll find us. Roljack Buildcon Private Limited is based right in the middle of all those factories and workshops in Udaipur. It’s a pretty dusty area, and there is always some truck moving something around. Our office is at G-1-22 in the II-D Centre. It is a practical spot for a construction company because we are close to all the suppliers we need. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, someone is just sitting there at a desk covered in site maps and receipts. We deal with building stuff, mostly. It involves a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the actual construction sites. Some days are long, especially when the weather isn't helping, but we just keep at it. We’ve been around Udaipur for a bit and we know how things work here. It’s not about having a glossy brochure. It’s about knowing which person to call to get the gravel delivered or how to fix a delay on the site. We are just regular people working in the building trade. It can be messy and loud, but that is the nature of the job. Most of our time is spent making sure the materials are right and the guys on site know what they are doing. We just keep our heads down and work because there is always another project waiting.
