Out here in the Riico Industrial Area of Kaladwas, things move at their own pace. ROLJACK ASIA LIMITED is situated on Road No. 1, right in the Iid Centre. Udaipur is known for many things, but this part of town is all about the grit and grind of industry. The Rajasthan heat can get pretty intense inside the sheds, but we’ve all grown used to it over the years. Our team stays busy with the technical side of things, making sure that everything leaving the gates is up to the standard we expect. It is a large area, and being at the Iid Centre means we are surrounded by other companies doing similar hard work. We don't have a lot of time for formalities or long meetings. Most of our conversations happen on the shop floor over the sound of the equipment. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been part of this industrial zone for a while, and we know the rhythms of the place. From the early morning shifts to the late-night maintenance, there is always something happening. We just take it one day at a time, making sure we stay on top of the orders. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s honest work that keeps us going. We are just a group of people in Udaipur trying to do our part in the bigger picture of the industrial sector.
