Our office for Bses Pvt Ltd is over in Goverdhan Vilas. It’s a bit of a busy area but we’ve managed to find our rhythm here. Most of what we do involves the technical side of electrical services and managing projects that keep the lights on. It’s not always exciting work. A lot of the time is spent looking at diagrams or checking on how a particular installation is holding up. We have a small group of people who have been working together for a while now. We don't really go for the corporate vibe with suits and fancy meetings. It’s more about wearing comfortable clothes and getting the paperwork or the field work sorted out properly. Sometimes we are stuck in the office dealing with files, and other days we are out at a site in the heat. Goverdhan Vilas is a decent place to be based because it's easy for people to find us when they have questions about their electrical setups. We keep things pretty simple here. There’s a desk with too many papers on it and a phone that rings more than we’d like. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure we don't miss any small details. It’s just a regular business trying to stay on top of the local demands. We’ve learned that being honest about how long a job will take is better than promising something we can't do.
