Down in the Madri industrial area, you’ll find us at G-14 on Road No. 12. This is where Rolco Infratech Llp operates. It’s not the quietest place in Udaipur, especially with all the machinery running nearby in the MIA Extension. We are surrounded by other workshops and factories, so there’s always a lot of noise and movement. We’ve been here in Girwa for a while now. The office is pretty basic—just some tables, a few filing cabinets, and some maps on the wall. We spend our days coordinating projects and talking to site supervisors. It’s greasy, heavy work sometimes, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the shift. We aren't some polished firm from a tall glass building. We are right here in the thick of the industrial zone. Rajasthan’s heat makes the afternoons slow, but we push through. We drink a lot of water and share stories during our breaks. Most of us grew up around here, so we understand how things work in this part of Udaipur. We don't have a flashy sign or anything, just the work we do. It’s about getting the jobs finished and making sure everyone gets home on time. We take pride in just being regular people doing a regular job. That's the way we like it.
