Red House Builders And Developers is our company name, and we are located in Titardi, specifically over at Plot No. 2 in Ambafala. This is in the Tehsil-Girwa area, right along Gupteshwar Road. It’s a nice part of the world to work in. We focus on building and developing, which mostly means we spend our time looking at land and figuring out where walls should go. The office is pretty easy to find if you’re driving down Gupteshwar Road. We started this because we liked the idea of making homes for people in our own community. It’s not a high-pressure sales environment here. We usually have the tea kettle going and some old chairs for people to sit in while we look at drawings. Titardi has been growing, and we’ve been trying to keep up with the changes. We don’t use those big words that developers in the big cities use. We just talk about bricks, mortar, and land prices. Some days we are out in the sun all day, and other days we are stuck inside doing the accounting. It’s a balance. We are just a group of local folks trying to do a decent job with the resources we have. Being in Ambafala keeps us close to the ground. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy; if there’s a problem, we just fix it ourselves. It's a practical business for a practical part of town that we really care about.
