Ramesh Traders

We are located over at Dan Mandi, right by the Delhi Gate. If you see the LIC office, you're pretty much there because we are just nearby. Being in the Mandi area means it’s always lively and full of people. There's a lot of noise and shouting, but it feels like home to us. We’ve been trading here for years. The shop isn't very large, but we pack a lot into it. Every morning starts with unloading and checking what came in overnight. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and moving stuff. My hands are usually a bit dirty by midday. We know most of the other traders around here, so there’s always someone to chat with or grab a chai from. Sometimes the trucks block the narrow streets, which can be a real headache. But that’s just life in this part of town. We don’t have a website or anything like that; we just rely on people knowing where we are. We try to be fair with everyone who comes through our door. It’s a busy life, and we don't get much downtime, but we enjoy the hustle. The Delhi Gate area has changed a bit over the years, but our spot remains pretty much the same. We take things as they come and don't worry too much about the small stuff. It keeps us sane in such a hectic place where everyone is always in a hurry.
