Pratibha Refractory Minerals

We've been over here at 396/9, Ashok Nagar for quite some time now. Dealing with refractory minerals isn't exactly the most glamorous work, but it's what we know. People come to us when they need specific industrial minerals for their projects. It's mostly just dusty bags and phone calls throughout the day. We spend a lot of our time checking stocks and making sure the quality is what it should be. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get the paperwork done while the trucks are being loaded. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, but we keep at it. Most of the folks who stop by are regular customers we've known for years. We handle the shipping and the logistics ourselves, usually. It's a small crew here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to helping out in the back. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. If a mineral isn't right for what you're doing, we'll tell you. It’s better that way for everyone involved. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years, but we’re still here doing our thing. It’s hard work, and the days are long, but we’ve got a system that works for us. We just focus on getting the orders out and making sure the supplies are ready when someone needs them.
