Being near the Savina Railway Crossing means we hear the trains go by all the time. It’s just part of the background noise now for Poonam Singh Rathore. We’re located near Vatika, which is a good landmark for people who haven't visited before. The area is usually quite lively, especially when the crossing gates are down and everyone is waiting. We don't have a big team or a flashy office with leather chairs. It’s mostly just us working through the daily tasks and keeping things moving. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the road being so close, but we try to keep the place tidy enough. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We’ve had people come in just to ask for directions because of where we are situated, and we don’t mind helping out. Our focus is really just on the work itself. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re more than a local business. The regulars know what to expect when they walk in. It’s simple, maybe a little bit old-fashioned in how we handle things, but it works for us. If the train is coming, you might have to wait a minute to cross over to see us, but we’re usually there from morning until the evening. It’s a good spot and we’ve made a lot of acquaintances over the years just by being right here.
