Peshagun Developers Private Limited is based out of Udaipur, in a small office over at Kharol Colony. If you're looking for us, we are in Room No. 1, Chamber No. 6 at 53/1, right on Sewamandir Road in Old Fatehpura. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s where we spend most of our hours. Udaipur is a beautiful city, but developing property here means navigating a lot of old streets and specific local rules. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team working out of this chamber, trying to make sense of the real estate and development world. It involves a lot of sitting around and talking about floor plans or waiting for permits to come through. Some days are really frustrating when things get delayed, but that’s just part of the deal. We like being in Old Fatehpura because it feels more like the real city compared to some of the newer, flashier areas. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone we deal with. There’s no point in making things sound more complicated than they are. We just take on what we can handle and try to finish what we start. People around here know us as the guys who are usually buried in maps and documents at the office. It’s not a fast-paced life, but it’s steady enough for us and we keep going one day at a time without much fuss.
