Parthsarthy Infrastructures Private Limited is located over at Pratappura Industrial Area, specifically on parts of Plot No 20 and 21. Being in an industrial area means there is always a lot of activity around us. There are trucks moving, people loading goods, and the constant hum of machinery from the neighboring units. It’s not the cleanest place to work, but it suits what we do perfectly. We need the space for our equipment and to stay close to the suppliers. Our office is a functional building right on the plot. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive rugs. The floors are concrete and the desks are metal. Most of our time is spent looking at blueprints for roads or large structures. It gets quite loud during the day, so we have to shout sometimes to be heard over the noise outside. We eat our lunch together at a small table in the back. It’s a tough environment, but we’ve gotten used to the grit and the grime that comes with infrastructure work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to make sure the foundations are solid and the projects stay on track. The commute into Pratappura can be a bit of a nightmare with the traffic, but once we’re at the plot, we just get on with it.
