If you are ever on Durga Nursery Road in Udaipur, you might notice Vinayak Complex. We are right there at Shop No. 01. Pariyani and Magwani Foods Private Limited is basically a local food business that started because we love the flavors of this city. Being on Durga Nursery Road is great because there are always students and families walking around looking for something to eat. Our shop is small and we keep it clean, but it’s definitely not a fancy restaurant. It’s a place where we prepare things and talk to customers who stop by. There is usually a lot of noise from the traffic outside, and the smell of spices is always in the air. We don't have a big corporate office; we just have our shop and a small back room for the books. We spend most of our day making sure the ingredients are fresh and the orders are going out on time. It is hard work and our hands are always busy, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We aren't trying to be a national chain or anything like that. We just want to serve good food to the people in Udaipur and keep our small shop running smoothly. It’s a family-style environment here, even for the people who work for us. We just take things one day at a time and hope the food speaks for itself.
