We are located at House Number 12 in Gokul Gaav, which is a part of Udaipur. It’s a beautiful city, but we are tucked away in a more quiet residential area rather than the touristy spots near the lakes. Palcasa Private Limited is a small operation. We use this house as our primary place of business, so it doesn't feel like a cold office at all. It feels like home because, well, it is a house. We have a small team of people who come in every day to help with the admin and the coordination. Udaipur is a good place to be based because it has a lot of creative energy around every corner. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. If you were driving by, you might just think it’s another family home. We like it that way. It keeps things low-key and manageable for us. We spend our days mostly on the computer or the phone, making sure our projects are moving forward. Sometimes we sit out in the small garden area to have our tea and talk about things that aren't related to work, just to clear our heads. It’s a very human way of doing business. We don't have formal meetings with slide decks or anything fancy. We just sit around a wooden table and decide what needs to happen next. It’s a simple, honest way to work, and we really appreciate the peace we get here in Gokul Gaav every single day.
