Nisha Construction & Consultant

Nisha Construction & Consultant is located right in the Panch Sheel Market area of Hiran Magri, Sector No 5. It is a local office where we spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking to folks about their building projects. The market is usually humming with people, so there is always something going on outside our door. Inside, it is mostly desks covered in papers and maybe a few samples of materials lying around on the floor. We aren't really the type to have a polished showroom. It’s more of a working space where we figure out how to get things built. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three different people are asking about different sites at the same time. We try to stay on top of the paperwork, but there is always a lot of it in this line of work. The chairs are a bit old, and the tea we make is probably too strong, but it gets us through the afternoon. We spend plenty of time out at the actual sites too, so the office might be empty for a few hours here and there. People in the sector know where to find us if they need advice on a renovation or a new wall. We just give them our honest thoughts based on what we have seen work before. It is a straightforward way to earn a living in the neighborhood, and we like being part of the local community.
