We are situated out on Kodiyat Road in Village Bujda. It’s a bit of a change from being in the middle of a big city. The surroundings are much quieter here, and you can actually see the hills in the distance. Our facility is where we handle the abrasive products, and the pace of life feels a bit different than the industrial zones in Udaipur. We have a fair amount of space, which is good because some of the equipment we use is quite large. The road to get here is nice, but you have to keep an eye out for the turn-off into the village. Most of the people working here are from the local area, so it’s a tight-knit group. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. You usually just walk straight into the workspace. There is always a layer of fine dust from the grinding work, but that’s just part of the trade. We have a small area where we sit for lunch, and sometimes we just sit outside if the weather is clear. It’s a straightforward operation. We focus on the quality of the abrasives we are making and don’t spend much time on fancy talk or presentations. It’s just a group of people working together in a quiet village setting. We stay busy with the orders and make sure the shipments go out on time every week to our customers.
