Nakoda Cement & Sanitary

Nakoda Cement & Sanitary is over at 153, A-Block in Hiran Magri Sector 14, which is just near the Khejri Hotel. Our business is a bit of a mix because we handle both cement and sanitary items. This means on one side you might see stacks of heavy cement bags, and on the other side, we have things like pipes, taps, and bathroom fixtures. It makes the shop look a bit cluttered, but it is useful for people who are doing renovations and need a few different things at once. Sector 14 is a nice enough area, and being near a well-known hotel like Khejri helps people find us without too much trouble. The shop has a bit of a lived-in feel to it, with some old posters on the walls and shelves that have seen better days. We don't really have a professional cleaning crew, so we just sweep the floor ourselves every morning before we open up. Dealing with sanitary parts is a bit cleaner than the cement side of things, but there is still plenty of dust that comes in from the street. We usually sit out front on some plastic chairs when there aren't any customers, watching the people go by. It’s a slow and steady kind of business, and we prefer it that way. We just take each day as it comes and try to keep our inventory sorted as best as we can for the local folks.
