Mineral Oriental Limited

Our office for Mineral Oriental Limited is located at 5 Vidhya Vihar Colony, which is in the North Sunderwas area. It’s a calm part of town, mostly houses around us. We’ve been running things from this location for several years. It isn't a big industrial site, just a quiet space where we manage the mineral business. We have a couple of desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of maps on the walls. Most of the day is spent on the telephone or typing out emails to people at the mines. It’s not the kind of place that gets a lot of walk-in traffic. Mostly it’s just us and the occasional delivery person. We have a small garden area in front of the office that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds usually win. North Sunderwas is a nice place to work because you don’t have the heavy noise of the city center. We know the other people in the colony, and it feels very safe and relaxed. We don't use any complicated business talk here. We just try to make sure the minerals are moving from one point to another without getting stuck. Sometimes there are delays at the ports or with the trucks, and we have to spend all day sorting that out. It’s just regular work for us, and we’re glad to have a quiet spot to do it.
