Mahendra Singh Chauhan & Associates is located right at Shastri Circle. Our specific spot is Dhartinath Pavelion 1, tucked behind the Post Office. Being behind the post office is actually pretty handy for us because we’re back there quite often for one thing or another. Shastri Circle is always humming with activity, but our little corner is a bit tucked away from the heaviest traffic. We’ve got a group of people here who just put their heads down and do the work. It’s not a corporate environment with a human resources department and fancy coffee machines. We just make our own tea and get to it. The office has plenty of shelves filled with books and folders because that’s the nature of what we do. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We’ve been in this building for a good while now, so we know all the other tenants and the local shopkeepers. It feels like a small village sometimes even though we’re in a busy part of town. We don’t spend money on advertising or big billboards. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they were already at the post office and saw our sign. We like it that way. It keeps things honest and grounded. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sorting through some project or another. It’s just how things go here.
