Our place is located right along National Highway 14 in the Hans Nagar area of Shobhapura. Being so close to the highway means there is always noise from the trucks passing by, but it makes it easy for people to find us. We deal with minerals here, mostly just handling the day-to-day work of moving stuff and keeping records. The office is pretty basic, just a place to sit and handle the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty because of the trucks and the wind coming off the open road. Hans Nagar is a decent spot, not too crowded, though the traffic on the NH14 can be unpredictable. We’ve been here for a while and most of the locals recognize us. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been working together for years. We start early when the sun isn't too hot yet. By midday, it gets quite warm and we usually take a break in the shade. It’s a lot of physical work at times, but we are used to it by now. Shobhapura is a quiet enough place once you get away from the main road. We don't spend much on making things look pretty. It’s a working site, after all. Most of our day is spent making sure everything is where it should be and talking to the drivers. It’s honest work and we like being out here.
