Larsen & Toubro Ltd

We are located at B-42 in the Riico Colony on Abu Road in the Sirohi district. Being in an industrial area like Riico Colony means the surroundings are very practical. There isn't much in the way of scenery, but it’s the right place for Larsen & Toubro Ltd to have a presence. The weather here in Rajasthan can be pretty tough, especially when the sun is high over Sirohi, but we just get on with it. Our building is a standard block that fits right in with the rest of the colony. We have a small group of staff who have been working together for a while now. We don't use a lot of big words or have complicated rules about how things look. We just make sure the work is handled. Most days are about checking lists, answering the phone, and keeping track of the local projects. It is a quiet kind of work compared to the big cities. You can hear the sounds of the colony throughout the day—mostly trucks or people moving things around. It’s a very straightforward environment. People here are used to the heat and the dust, so we don't complain much. We just show up at B-42 and do what needs to be done until it’s time to go home. There is a sense of routine here that keeps everyone grounded. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing the daily work.
