So we are LAKSMITVA BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED. You can find us at Plot N-16 in Nakoda Nagar, right near Pratap Nagar here in Udaipur. It’s the Girwa area. We do building stuff. My brother and I started this because there was a lot of work going on around Rajasthan lately. We mostly stick to the local neighborhoods. It’s not always easy keeping up with all the paperwork but we manage. The office is small but it gets the job done. Sometimes people just walk in to ask about construction costs or how long a wall takes to finish. We try to be straight with them. It is hot here most of the year so we start early in the morning to beat the sun. Rajasthan is growing fast and every street has something being built. Our address is 313001 if you are looking on a map. Usually, someone is around during the day unless we are out at a site checking on the cement or the workers. We don't have a big fancy website or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of blueprints lying around the place. We’ve been at this for a bit now. Sometimes things get delayed with rain or materials not showing up on time, but that is just how construction goes. We just keep moving forward one day at a time. It’s a busy spot in Pratap Nagar. Sometimes the traffic is a bit much. If you miss the turn, just look for the Nakoda Nagar sign.
