Krishna Minerals

Krishna Minerals is over at 60 Panchsheel Marg, right on Town Hall Road. It's a pretty busy part of the city, and the office is usually filled with the sound of the traffic outside. We have samples of different minerals sitting in boxes and on the shelves. Sometimes the bags leak a bit, so there is a fine grit on the floor that you can feel under your shoes. It’s a simple setup with some old wooden desks and chairs that have been around for years. We don't really have a big sign outside, just the address and the name. Most of our day is spent talking to people on the phone and writing down numbers in ledgers. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s steady. The Town Hall Road area is great for getting a quick snack, so we often pop out for a samosa or tea in the afternoon. The office gets a bit dark in the corners, and the overhead lights hum a little. We have a lot of regular people who come in, and we know them all by name. It’s a small operation, really. We don't go in for anything fancy or polished. We just make sure the orders are right and the mineral samples are sorted correctly. It’s been our routine for a long time, and we don't see that changing anytime soon.
