Our office is located at 15 Hazareshwar Colony, right on Hospital Road in Udaipur. We are inside Shyam Plaza, which is a busy little building with a lot of movement. Being so close to the hospital means there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around on the street outside. It can be quite loud with the car horns and the general street noise. We have a small office on one of the floors that we have been using for a while. It is mostly filled with big folders, maps of the local areas, and some old furniture we brought in. We spend a lot of time talking to people who want to know about land availability in the Udaipur district. The walls are a bit bare, and the floor could probably use a new rug, but it is a functional space for our daily needs. We usually have the window open to let some air in, though the dust often comes in with it. Most of our work involves checking documents and meeting with people who live in the nearby colonies. We have been in Hazareshwar Colony for quite a while, so we know most of the other shop owners in the plaza. It is a very local vibe here. We take our tea at the stall downstairs at least twice a day. There is not any fancy lobby or a receptionist. You just come up the stairs and find us sitting at our desks.
