We are located at 713 Surya Nagar, on the New Vidhya Nagar Road. It’s right near the Poultry Farm House in Hiran Magri Sector-3. It’s a quiet area compared to the city center, which we actually prefer. We do consultancy and engineering work. Our days are filled with looking at technical drawings and talking to contractors. The office is pretty basic. We have some old desks and a printer that sometimes acts up. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We are here to get the math right and make sure things are built properly. Kbc has been part of the Hiran Magri community for a while. Most of the people who come to us are just locals looking for some technical help with a building or a piece of land. We don't use a lot of jargon. If we can help, we do. If we can't, we tell you who can. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. Being near the poultry farm means it’s easy to give directions. We like being in Udaipur-Rajasthan. It’s home. We just do our jobs, go home to our families, and come back the next day to do it again. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s a good one. We stick to what we know and it seems to work out for everyone who comes by the office. It is just about getting the job done.
