Kanthalia Builders & Developers Private Limited is located over at House Number 1456/40 on Gariyawas Road in Udaipur. We have been working out of this spot for a while now, and it is a decent area for getting around the city. Udaipur is known for its beauty, but for us, it is mostly about the grit of building things and moving supplies around. The office is inside an old house, which gives it a very practical feel with lots of files and samples of stone and tiles lying around. We usually start the day with a quick check on our inventory to see what we are running low on. Managing a construction project involves a lot of back-and-forth with the guys on the ground. Weather can be a bit of a challenge here, especially when the monsoon hits and everything slows down. We spend a lot of time on our bikes or in the truck going from one site to another. It is not always easy keeping everyone on the same page, but we do our best. Our team is small, so everybody ends up doing a bit of everything, from paperwork to checking the foundation work. We do not spend much money on fancy advertisements because we are usually too busy with the actual work. It is just a straightforward way of living, making sure the walls are straight and the roofs do not leak. We keep things grounded and local.
