Jhav Realcon Llp is our name, and you can find us sitting right in the middle of Udaipur at 101 Bada Bazar. It is a very old and crowded part of the city, which means there is always something happening right outside our door. Being in Bada Bazar, we are surrounded by all kinds of shops and people moving about, so our office feels very much a part of the local life. We deal with real estate and property matters, mostly focusing on the stuff happening right here in the city. Our space is simple and we keep things pretty informal when people come in to talk. There is a lot of history in these streets, and sometimes that makes the property work a bit more complicated than it would be in a new area. We spend a lot of time verifying old documents and talking to owners. It’s a lot of legwork, honestly. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure the deals go through properly and the paperwork is solid. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy because of the market outside, but we are used to it by now. We just handle the day-to-day tasks of a real estate firm without any of the big talk. If you are walking through the bazaar, you might see us. We’ve been here, and we plan to stay here for a long time.
