Jdsr Developer And Infra (Opc) Privatelimited is a one-person kind of setup located in Udaipur. Our place is at 1/56 Paneriyon Ki Madari in Sector 9. Being an OPC means it is a bit more personal than those huge firms with thousands of employees. I handle a lot of the work myself, from looking at the land to figuring out the infrastructure needs for small projects. Udaipur is a great city, but the ground can be tricky to work with in some parts. I spend most of my time out in Sector 9 or moving around the city to check on materials. It’s a lot of responsibility to have the name on the door, but it means I know exactly what is happening with every job. The office isn't much to look at, just a desk and a lot of folders, but it’s where the real work gets planned. People in the Paneriyon Ki Madari area know me, and I like being a local presence. I don't use big fancy words or try to act like I'm building skyscrapers. I just take on the work I can handle and try to do it properly. Some days I’m just chasing down permits and other days I’m standing in the mud making sure the levels are right. It’s just how it goes when you’re running a small developer business on your own.
