We've been running this shop in Shakti Nagar for quite a while now. You can find us right near Agrawal Namkeen, which is a place almost everyone around here knows. It’s a pretty busy spot but we like the energy of the neighborhood. We mostly deal with trading different items people need for their homes or various small projects they have going on. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded when a lot of folks come in at once, and it can feel a little tight inside. My brother and I usually handle everything ourselves, from unloading the trucks to talking with customers at the counter. We don't have a big fancy office or any of that corporate setup, just simple metal shelves and a basic desk where we keep our ledgers. People often stop by after they’ve picked up some snacks nearby. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living and we’ve come to know many of the faces that walk through the door over the years. Usually, if someone is looking for something specific, we try our best to keep it in stock so they don't have to go all the way across town. The street outside can be quite noisy with all the scooters and trucks passing by toward the main market area. We open up early most mornings because that’s when the locals are out doing their daily errands. It’s just a regular shop where we do our work and try to stay busy. We have seen this part of the city change quite a bit lately.
