We are upstairs at Diamond Plaza, specifically at number 27 on the first floor. Geo Star Projects & Engineering Consultants is where we do all our drawing and planning work. It's right opposite Chaudhary Hospital in Sector 4, so it’s easy for people to find us if they know the area. The office is often full of rolled-up blueprints and coffee mugs. Engineering stuff involves a lot of checking and re-checking, so you’ll usually find someone hunched over a desk looking at technical details. We’ve been in this building for some time now and know the other shop owners pretty well. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but the view of the street is okay. We handle a lot of different projects, mostly just local stuff that needs a steady hand and some technical knowledge. Things can get a little messy when we have multiple site plans going at once, but we eventually get through it all. We don't really go for big meetings; it's more about sitting down and looking at the numbers until they make sense. Sometimes the printer acts up right when we need it, which is frustrating, but that’s just how it goes in a working office. We like the pace of Sector 4 and how everything is within walking distance. It’s a practical place to work and we keep things simple around here without any extra fuss.
