Gbh American Hospital,Udipur(Raj)

Things get pretty hectic here in the emergency department at GBH American Hospital. We are located over in Kothi Bagh, specifically in the Bhatt Ji Ki Bari area of Udaipur. It’s a busy corner of town. Ajay Beniwal and the rest of the staff spend most of their time dealing with whatever comes through those doors. There’s no predictable day in a place like this. Sometimes it’s quiet for an hour, then suddenly everyone is running. We see a lot of different people from all over Rajasthan. It’s just the reality of working in medicine. The hospital itself has been around, and we just focus on the task at hand. We don't spend much time worrying about how the lobby looks or writing fancy brochures. There is equipment to check and patients to look after. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and drinking tea when you get a quick minute. Working in the emergency wing means you have to be ready for anything. We handle the paperwork, talk to families, and try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible given the circumstances. Udaipur is a big city, and a lot happens here every day. We are just one part of the healthcare system here, doing what we can from our spot in Bhatt Ji Ki Bari. It’s not an easy job, but it’s the job we have. Every day is different, and we just try to keep up with the pace of the city and the needs of people coming into GBH American Hospital,Udipur(Raj).
