We’re over at Panchwati 44 - E(A). It’s an office that always smells a bit like instant coffee because we drink a lot of it while going through papers. Adroit Jobs International isn’t some big flashy place. It’s just a few of us trying to match people with work that pays the bills. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to hear the clock ticking. We get all sorts of people coming through the door. Some are fresh out of school and look a bit nervous. Others have been working for twenty years and just need a change. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the files pile up on the desks. Finding a job is stressful, we know that. We see it every day on people's faces. We sit here in Panchwati and talk to companies who need staff. It’s a lot of back and forth. Sometimes a deal works out and someone gets a start date. That’s a good day. Most days are just a lot of typing and calling people back. The chairs in the waiting area are a bit worn out from all the people sitting there over the months. We don't have a big sign outside, just enough so people can find us at 44 - E(A). The fan in the corner makes a clicking sound that we’ve just gotten used to over the years. Anyway, we’re usually here from nine until six if you need to drop off a resume.
