You can find us over at 6 Kushal Bagh on University Road in Udaipur. We are actually located at Devraj Singh Jhala’s place, c/o Balwant Singh Jhala. It’s a familiar spot for people who live around the university area. Adecco Workforce Solution Ltd is the name of our operation here. What we do is pretty simple to explain. We help people find work and we help businesses find staff. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking through applications. Udaipur is a beautiful place to work, but inside the office, it’s mostly just the usual hum of computers and people talking on their mobiles. We don't put on any acts or try to sound like a big city corporation. We are just a local team doing the legwork for employment. Sometimes a person comes in looking for their first job and we have to explain how the whole process works. Other times we are dealing with big companies that need a hundred people by next week. It can get stressful when things move fast, but we just take it one step at a time. The office is right there on University Road, so it’s easy to get to if you’re in town. We keep our files organized and try to make sure everyone who walks in gets a bit of our time. It’s just regular work, nothing more and nothing less than that.
