People know us around Ostwal Plaza I I in Sunderwas. We have been here in Udaipur for a bit now, just focusing on our chai business. It gets pretty busy in this part of town, especially in the mornings when everyone wants their tea. We aren't a big fancy cafe or anything. It’s just us, Gattu Chai Private Limited, working out of our space at 139. Most days it’s about getting the blend right and making sure the supplies are moved on time. We don't really have a big team of writers to make this sound professional. It's just a local operation. Sometimes the rain in Udaipur makes things slow, but we keep the stove going.
