We started this snack place in Ambamata Scheme a while back. It’s just a small spot where people come by for a quick bite. We keep things simple here. Sometimes it gets really busy in the afternoons when the kids are out of school and looking for something to eat. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything like that. Just the counter and a few stools that have seen better days. My brother helps me out most days of the week. We try to keep the place clean but it’s an old building and the walls have some marks on them. The regulars know what they want before they even walk in through the door. We don't change the menu much because people seem to like what we already have. It’s a bit noisy since we’re right on the street and the traffic never seems to stop. Sometimes the light flickers in the back room but we just ignore it. That's just how it is here. We focus on getting orders out fast so nobody has to wait too long. It’s nothing special, just a place to get some food and move on. We’ve been at this for a few years now. Ambamata Scheme is a good area with lots of families. If you’re passing by, you’ll probably see us. We usually open around ten and stay until the evening. We ran out of napkins yesterday and had to run to the store. Real life happens here.
