Our business is run out of Gogunda, specifically in Mathada. We are situated at the home of Kani Ram, who is the son of Bhimaram Meghwalsuthar. It’s a local setup, very traditional. We don't have a big fancy office building with glass windows. It’s just us working from where we live. Ganadhijay Builders focuses on local construction needs in the village and surrounding areas. We know everyone here and everyone knows us. That makes it easier to get things done because you can't hide if you do a bad job. We use the tools we have and work with the land. Construction in this part of Rajasthan requires understanding the soil and the climate. It’s not like building in a big city. We deal with what's available. Sometimes we have to wait for supplies to come in from further away, which can be a headache. Our days start early and end when the sun goes down. We don't write long reports or have many meetings. We just talk about what needs to be built over a meal or a cup of tea. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it’s worked for us so far. We care about the community because we are a part of it. If someone needs a wall fixed or a small house built, they just come find us at Kani Ram’s place. It’s straightforward and honest and we like it that way.
