G L Eelectric Works

You can find G L Eelectric Works over at 14 Vrandavan Dham on Road No-2. We are based in the New Bhupal Pura area of Udaipur. It’s a small shop packed with tools, wires, and parts for all sorts of electrical jobs. We don't have much space to move around once a few motors come in for repair. Usually, there's a soldering iron heating up somewhere and the smell of burnt copper. We fix things that break and sometimes go out to houses when the wiring is acting up. It’s just a few of us working here. We don't have a receptionist or anyone like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up, usually with dirty hands. We’ve been in Udaipur for years and know most of the streets by heart. People bring in fans, pumps, or whatever else stopped working. We tell them straight if it can be fixed or if it's junk. We don't try to sell people things they don't need. The shop gets a bit disorganized when we have a lot of work, but we know where every tool is. It's a bit loud with the testing equipment, but that's normal for us. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever is on the bench that day. We aren't big on fancy talk, we just like to get things working again for our neighbors who rely on our shop.
