We are FAIRPENCIL CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Our office is at A-13 in the Sub City Centre area of Savina. It’s over by Shri Shankar Lal Jain’s place. Udaipur is a nice city to work in, though it gets crowded around the city center sometimes. We do construction work, mostly around the 313002 zip code area. It’s a lot of running around from site to site. Some days the office is empty because everyone is out checking on bricks or talking to the laborers. We try to keep things simple. No big speeches about what we do. If a wall needs building or a floor needs laying, we handle it. It's tough work but it's what we know. The office is just a place to keep the tools and the papers organized. Sometimes we lose track of time when a project is finishing up. Rajasthan has its own way of doing things, especially with the stone work. We’ve been around Savina for a bit now. Most neighbors know us. You can usually find someone there in the morning. If the door is locked, we’re probably just at a site nearby. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a regular local business trying to get the jobs finished. We like the area. It's close to everything we need. There is always a lot of dust in this business but you get used to it after a few years.
