Ellawala & Das City Developers Private Limited

Our base for Ellawala & Das City Developers Private Limited is at G-155 in the Ricco area of Gudli, Udaipur. If you are familiar with Udaipur, you know the Ricco area is mostly about industry and manufacturing. It is not a place for sightseeing, but it is exactly where we need to be. Our office is a simple structure on plot G-155. It is surrounded by other businesses and warehouses, so it can get pretty loud during the day with all the activity. We focus on city development, which involves a lot of meetings and looking at maps of the local area. The office is filled with filing cabinets and a few old desks that have seen better days. We do not see the point in buying new furniture when the old stuff works just fine. We mostly drink coffee and talk about upcoming projects or deal with the paperwork that the government requires. It is not a glamorous job, but we like being part of how the city grows. The people who work here have been together for a long time, so it feels like a small family. We do not have a receptionist or a big lobby. If you walk in, you will probably just find one of us sitting at a computer or on the phone. It is a very basic setup in a very busy part of Udaipur, but it works for us and keeps us productive.
