Our company, Elcee Engg India Pvt Ltd, is located at G-1-344 in the Madri Industrial Area. Being in Madri means we’re surrounded by other factories, warehouses, and workshops, so there’s always a constant hum of machines in the background. Our unit is a practical industrial space designed for real work and not for showing off. We don’t have a lobby with fancy leather chairs or a decorative fountain at the entrance. It’s all about the machines, the raw materials, and the production floor. We’ve been operating out of this industrial estate for quite a long time now. The walls are a bit stained and could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but that's never been our main priority. We’re much more focused on what’s happening on the assembly line every day. It gets pretty hot and humid in the afternoons, but we just keep the big industrial fans going and stay focused on the task. We don’t really do any marketing or sales pitches. People in the engineering industry know we’re here and they know exactly what we do. Our staff is mostly local folks from the surrounding villages who have been with us for many years. We eat our lunch together in the shade and talk about regular family stuff. It’s a very down-to-earth environment for everyone. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to finish the orders and keep the shop running.
