Dhakar Engineer

Dhakar Engineer is my small shop located at A 90 Pratap Nagar in Janak Puri. It is a decent neighborhood but the parking on this street can be a real problem if you arrive at the wrong time of day. I have been doing engineering work here for a long time now. It is mostly just me and a couple of guys who help out when things get busy. I usually keep the front door open to get some fresh air while we are working on different mechanical parts or fixing things. The inside is a bit of a mess with tools hanging from hooks and parts scattered across the workbenches. I don't see much point in decorating the place since it just gets covered in metal shavings and oil anyway. People from around the area bring in things that are broken and I see what I can do to get them working again. Some days I can fix things easily and other times it is just not possible. I don't use any fancy language when I am talking to customers. I just explain what is wrong in plain English. Since this is mostly a residential area, I try to keep the noise down in the evenings. I have lived around here for many years so I know most of the people who walk past the shop. It is a small operation and I don't have a mission statement. I just have my tools and my bench.
