If you are driving along the Ajmer - Jodhpur Nh Link Road, you will find us near the B R Mirdha College in Nagaur. Dl Spice is based right here in the village, and the location is quite convenient because of the highway. Being so close to the college means there is always some movement outside, with students walking by or buses stopping nearby. The wind in Nagaur can be quite something, blowing sand and heat into the workspace most afternoons. We spend a lot of time dealing with the spices that this region is known for. It’s a lot of dusty work, especially when the chilies are being handled. Everyone ends up sneezing sooner or later. Our place is near the post office too, so it's easy to get things sent out when we need to. It is a very practical setup, nothing like those big corporate offices you see in the cities. We have our machines and our storage areas, and we just work through the orders as they come in. Some days it is just about sorting through the raw materials to make sure nothing bad got mixed in. The heat in the summer makes it tough to work in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the heavy grinding done in the cooler morning hours. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep up with the daily grind on the Nagaur link road. Things stay pretty busy here.
