Cherika Buildestate Llp

Our office is located at 8 Bhan Bagh in the New Fatehpura area. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which is nice when we are trying to get work done. Cherika Buildestate Llp is basically just us working on local building projects and land stuff around this part of the city. We have been here for a bit, and most of the people nearby know who we are. The building isn't anything special, just a regular place where we keep our files and meet with contractors. Most days start with a lot of tea and looking over some maps of the local plots. Fatehpura is changing a lot, so there is always something going on with new houses or renovations. We try to stay busy with whatever comes our way, whether it is a small repair job or something bigger like a whole new structure. We don't have a big marketing department or a website that looks all polished. We just talk to people face to face. If you come by, you might find us busy on the phone or out at a site nearby. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy to get to different parts of Udaipur from here. It is a simple life of managing sites and making sure the supplies show up on time. We just do our best to get things finished without making too much of a fuss.
