We operate out of B-47 in Binanigram, located in the Pindwara area of Sirohi district. This place is pretty central to the work we do. It’s not the kind of office where you’ll find fancy furniture or expensive art on the walls. Instead, you’ll find plenty of ledgers, pens that sometimes run out of ink, and people who know their way around a construction site. Pindwara is a place where people work hard, and we try to do the same. The climate around here is quite harsh, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or corporate slogans. We just focus on the task at hand, which is usually making sure the cement gets loaded and sent out to the right places. Most of us living here in Rajasthan understand that things don't always go perfectly, so we just deal with the hiccups as they happen. It’s a very grounded way of working. We talk to the drivers, handle the local requests, and keep track of the inventory. There’s no mystery to how we run things. We just show up every morning, open the gates, and get to it. It’s a simple life and a simple business, and we are quite alright with that. It’s just about being reliable and staying put in a place we know well. We are just part of the landscape here, doing our daily job.
