We’ve been over here at 3rd Phase near Lotus Marg for a while now. It’s mostly just us handling the stone and mineral stuff that comes through the yard. People around here know the spot. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just the yard and the equipment. It gets dusty, but that's how it is working with stone. We spend most of the day moving blocks or sorting through what arrived in the morning. Sometimes the trucks are late, which can be a real headache, but we manage somehow. My cousin helps out when it gets busy, and we just try to keep things moving so nobody is waiting too long for their materials. You’ll see the sign near the corner if you’re coming down the main road. It's nothing special to look at, but we get the job done. The weather plays a big part in how the day goes for us. If it rains, the ground gets messy and the trucks get stuck, but we still work through it. Usually, we're here from early morning until the sun goes down. Most folks who come by are local builders or people working on their own houses. We don't do big advertisements or anything. Most people just find us because they saw the yard while driving by Lotus Marg or someone told them we have what they need. It’s a simple setup. We just focus on the stones and making sure the piles are sorted right. That’s about it for us.
